No two Red Oak pubs are the same, and we don’t try to make them behave the same way.
Some are wet-led, built on a strong bar trade and regulars who’ve been coming in for years. Others do better leaning into food, events or a different offer altogether. A town-centre pub lives or dies on weekend footfall; a residential local lives or dies on whether the same faces come back every Tuesday.
We match you to a pub that fits how you actually want to run it, not just whichever one happens to be free. Get that wrong going in, and you end up fighting what the pub naturally is, instead of building on it.
We run more than 230 pubs up and down the country, but nobody’s running them from a spreadsheet in head office.
Every pub has its own BDM and gets a visit from our senior team at least once a year, because what works in a market town an hour from home doesn’t necessarily work fifty miles down the road, and we’re not interested in pretending otherwise.
