Rolle Quay Inn

The Rolle Quay has recently undergone internal and external improvements, including a decoration and signage scheme completed in July 2024.

Located on the Quay in Barnstaple, just over the bridge from the town centre, the pub is situated on the main road leading out of Barnstaple towards Braunton.

The Rolle Quay Inn features an open plan layout comprising two distinct areas. The larger room is often busy with food orders during mealtimes, while the smaller room is dedicated to a pool table, darts, and sports viewing. The pub accommodates 50 covers and includes a trade kitchen located on the first floor, accessible via a dumb waiter.

Additionally, the pub offers three letting rooms that are frequently occupied by both tourists and contractors throughout the year.

At the rear, there is a function room that includes a skittle alley. This area features two levels, both decked, with an external staircase connecting them, providing around 30 external covers.

The private accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a lounge, and a bathroom. There are also rooms in the upper part of the building that could potentially be converted into letting rooms. The accommodation does not have a separate kitchen but is conveniently located adjacent to the trade kitchen.
