Your journey begins by exploring our available pubs. With a diverse estate across the UK, we help you review locations, trading information and potential so you can identify opportunities that align with your goals. We encourage open conversations at this early stage to ensure expectations are realistic on both sides.

Initial Discussions and Assessment

Once you express interest, we take time to understand your experience, ambitions and financial planning. You will meet with a Business Development Manager who will discuss the pub in detail, including its trading history and local market. This stage allows both parties to assess whether the opportunity is the right fit

Building a Practical Business Plan

Before moving forward, you will develop a clear and realistic business plan. We support you in reviewing projected costs, income and operational considerations. This process ensures you enter the partnership with confidence and clarity.

Moving Forward Together

Once all details are agreed, you formally enter into partnership with Red Oak Taverns. From that point, our structured support continues as you prepare to take on your pub and begin trading. Our focus is on creating a stable foundation that allows you to build a sustainable and rewarding business.
