• Be confident hosting events and driving footfall
• Make effective use of social media and local marketing
• Maximise key trading occasions such as live sport and entertainment
• Book and manage live artists and bands
• Develop a simple, quality food offering
• Recruit, lead, and inspire a strong in-house team

A personal licence is essential, along with high operational standards and experience with:

• Real ale
• Current drinks trends (gin, craft beer, lager, wine, and cider)
• Community events such as family fun days and beer/cider festivals
